Meeting Place:
While some will travel direct to walks, most will meet in Westland Drive in Jordanhill, decide on what cars to take & head off. If arriving late or travelling direct, then please call the club mobile on the day to notify them.
Getting there:
If coming from the north, travel down Crow Road from Anniesland Cross, turning right into Southbrae Avenue immediately before the rail bridge. Then turn first left into Westbrae Drive and left again in to Westland Drive. 178 is a block an a half on the right.
If coming east along the Clydeside Expressway, stay in the left of the 2 lanes, but do not take any left filters off. Eventually the right lane goes up Balshagray Avenue to become Crow Road. Don't take this but keep heading straight on in what was the left lane and becomes Victoria Park South. This almost immediately becomes 2 lanes again. Stay in the right lane and at the first set of lights, turn right with the filter. This is Westland Drive. Stay in the right hand lane till the first mini-roundabout, cross over (second exit) and then take the first exit at the second mini roundabout. Basically this is a continuation of Westland Drive. 178 is a block an a half on the right after the school playing fields.
If you go onto Balshagray/Crow Road by mistake, follow this till past the BP petrol station on the left. Turn left immediately under the rail bridge into Southbrae Avenue & follow directions as above.
If travelling west along Dumbarton Road, turn left into Westland Drive.
